Sports Textiles, Clothing, Fiber Industy
The Sports Textiles and Clothing Recycling System is specifically designed to process high-performance composite materials through crushing, separation, washing, and reuse. Modern sportswear commonly incorporates multi-layer composite structures made from polyester, spandex, nylon, and other synthetic fibers, which makes conventional recycling methods inefficient and difficult to implement.
This system integrates specialized shredders, sorting equipment, and chemical and/or physical washing processes to effectively separate fibers, remove oil-contaminated materials, and reduce impurity content. The processed materials can be reused for regenerated yarns, thermal insulation fillings, or fuel-derived raw materials. Remaining residues can further be converted into Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) briquettes, enabling near-complete material recovery.
The system can be custom-designed to meet specific requirements, allowing apparel brands, textile manufacturers, and ESG-focused recycling enterprises to establish circular supply chains. It supports textile waste reduction while advancing sustainable and circular production goals.
