AZ System for Far Eastern PET Filament and Fiber Shredding and Recycling

The AZ System is specifically designed for PET filaments, staple fibers, textile fabrics, and industrial textile scraps. These long-fiber materials are typically difficult to shred and prone to blade entanglement.
The system incorporates anti-wrapping knife design, a reinforced crushing chamber, and automatic anti-entanglement mechanisms, allowing PET fibers to be efficiently cut into uniform short flakes suitable for downstream melting, pelletizing, or thermoforming.
Optional dust collection and air separation units remove fines and impurities, improving recycled material purity. The AZ System is widely applied in textile mills, chemical fiber manufacturers, and PET recycling industries, supporting circular economy objectives.
