PWL Large-Scale PET Bottle Washing System

The PWL Large-Scale PET Bottle Washing System is designed specifically for PET bottle recycling. It integrates a complete washing line including pre-shredding, cap removal, label separation, hot washing, alkaline washing, rinsing, and centrifugal dewatering.
The system effectively removes oil contamination, adhesives, and beverage residues, significantly improving the transparency and purity of PET flakes. When combined with optical sorting systems, it can meet food-grade rPET production requirements.
The entire line can be customized for capacities ranging from 500 kg/h to over 5,000 kg/h. The PWL System is a core solution in the global PET recycling industry and is widely used by flake producers, recycling facilities, and circular material supply chains.
