AGA System for Kinki Plastic Pallet Crushing, Grinding and Recycling

The AGA System is developed for large, thick, and high-strength plastic pallets made from PP or HDPE. It is designed to process damaged pallets, industrial pallets, and logistics turnover pallets.
Due to their size and wall thickness, conventional shredders often experience jamming or overload. The AGA System uses a heavy-duty shear-type shredding structure, high-torque motors, and impact-resistant blades to ensure stable crushing performance.
Downstream integration with fine grinding, conveying, metal separation, and pelletizing systems converts discarded pallets into high-value recycled materials, widely used in logistics, plastic processing, and circular material supply chains.
