Cold and heat exchange equipment

According to the different heat transfer methods of cold heat exchangers, it can be divided into three types: Hybrid Type, Heat storage Type, and Partition Type.

Hybrid heat exchangers perform heat exchange through direct contact and mixing of cold and hot fluids. They are also called contact exchangers. Since the two fluids must be separated in time after they are mixed for heat exchange, this type of exchanger is suitable for the exchange of gas and liquid. For example, cooling towers used in plastic factories, chemical factories...etc. The principle is that hot water is sprayed from top to bottom, while cold air is sucked in from bottom to top to fill the surface of the water droplets. The hot water and air are in contact with each other and the water is cooled. The cold air takes away the heat, so that the two fluids immediately exchange heat, and achieve the purpose of cooling down.

Regenerative heat exchangers use cold and hot fluids to alternately flow through the surface of the regenerator in the regenerator to exchange heat, such as air preheating under the boiler. This type of cold heat exchanger is mainly used to recover hot gas or use waste heat to generate other process heat sources.

The partition wall type heat exchanger, its cold and hot fluids are separated by a solid partition and pass through this partition wall for cold and heat exchange, also known as a surface type cold heat exchanger. According to the structure, it can be divided into tube type, plate type or other types. This type of cold heat exchanger is mainly used in mold temperature controllers, refrigerators, condensers, etc., in cold and heat exchange occasions.

Metal detection

The metal detector is abbreviated as the Gold Detector. It is mainly used to detect the presence or absence of metal foreign bodies in the production process of rubber, plastics, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, textiles, etc. The principle is that there is a transmitting coil and two equivalent receiving coils in the center. These three are installed in a probe and the oscillator transmits a high-frequency magnetic field through the middle transmitting coil to connect with the two receiving wires. When metal impurities enter to the magnetic field, this balance will be disrupted, the presence of metal can be detected, and an alarm signal will be generated. The system can use the alarm signal to drive the automatic rejection device to exclude the metal material from the production line. The metal inspection machine is divided into Channel Type, Pipeline Type, and Falling Type according to the transportation method of inspection items.
Channel Type metal detection is currently the most common equipment on the market. The detector is rectangular, and is generally equipped with a conveyor structure with an automatic elimination mechanism or an alarm signal. When the items on the conveyor belt pass the detector, if there are Metal impurities, it will be automatically excluded or conveying will stop, mainly for online inspection of finished or semi-finished products.

Pipeline type metal detection is mainly used to monitor the quality inspection of the overall product in the pipeline flow process, such as ham sausage, chewing gum, oral liquid, liquid or viscous state. Detecting actions before canning or packaging can not only accurately detect but also ensure quality.

Falling Type metal detection generally have automatic discharge devices. When particles are transported to the production process or packaging bags, the metal in the final container will affect the detection. Therefore, Falling Type metal detection can first detect the metal debris before the process, and then proceed to the next process. It is mainly used for the detection of plastic particles, tablets, capsules, granules, and powders. It has simple installation, high sensitivity, easy maintenance, high efficiency, stable and reliable...etc.

Dust removal and collection

There are two sources of plastic dust, one is produced by crushing, and the other is produced during production process.
There are many ways to crush and pulverize materials, and the following types will generate dust.

  1. Squeeze and crushing:
    The material is placed in two rollers or mechanism. By adjusting the distance between the two, gradually pressurizing to make it elastically deform, plastically deform to rupture and crush. This crushing is suitable for brittle materials.
  2. Bending and crushing:
    The material bears the bending hard force in the two machine parts, and breaks due to exceeding the strength limit. This method is used to process larger and longer materials.
  3. Shearing and crushing:
    The material is put into a crushing chamber with a rotary cutter and sheared with a fixed knife. This method is used to treat workshop waste or waste in the production process.
  4. Shattering and crushing:
    The material is broken in the crushing chamber where the material is running at a relatively high speed, and it can be crushed from large pieces to finely crushed into powder. Generally, fine crushing is the main method.

The powder produced by the crushing can be selected by a vibrating screen. A high-frequency vibrating motor is used to make the material on the inclined screen surface jump and produce a powder removal effect. There are many types of vibrating screens, including linear vibrating screens, horizontal vibrating screens, shaking screen, eccentric screen, rotary vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen, banana vibrating screen, probability screen... etc. can be selected.

These plastic dusts have three major effects:

  1. It is very harmful to the human body. Inhalation into the lungs through the respiratory tract will cause fibrotic diseases to the lungs.
  2. The impact on the aesthetics and cleanliness of the product. Because the dust is easier to coking in the process, spots on the surface of the finished product will not only cause defects, but also cause losses.
  3. Impact on the factory. These small amounts of dust accumulate to a certain thickness over the years, and due to factors such as concentration, air... etc., it will cause dust explosions and cause disasters.

In the production area, all the processes from raw materials entering the factory, sub-packaging, proportioning, mixing, drying, conveying to the main machine, etc. will generate dust, and a dust collector can be used to intercept the dust.

The principle of the dust collector is that the windmill motor generates a negative pressure on the dust box, and the dust collector is connected to absorb the dust generated by the production department. Use filter cloth to make a bag shape to collect and remove dust.

There are many types of dust collectors. According to the dust collection method, they can be divided into gravity sedimentation, inertial impact, direct interception, diffusion and electrostatic attraction... etc., you can choose.

Auxiliary equipment

  • Band saw machine:
    A ring-shaped band saw blade is continuously looped around the two saw wheels, and it moves in one-way continuous linear motion to cut large materials to achieve the purpose of dividing into small pieces. Scope of application: sawing of wood, sawing of large plastic die, sawing of PVC pipe, sawing of HDPE pipe... etc.
    Surface sharpener: Professional grinding mill cutter design, using a strong casting base, with a stable oil pressure transmission platform, on which is equipped with a strong electromagnetic suction cup, the suction force is uniform, so that the cutter can be firmly and firmly held, and then the height adjustable grinding wheel base. This special knife sharpener has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, convenient operation, flexible adjustment...etc.
  • Magnet rod and magnet plate:
    Magnets are substances that attract or repel each other. The most commonly used components are iron, cobalt, nickel... etc. Magnetic substances can be divided into permanent magnets and soft irons. Permanent magnets plus strong magnetism will have magnetism; Soft iron will become magnetic when applied with electric current, but it will gradually decrease its magnetic properties. It is widely used in compasses, compasses, electromagnets, generators, gift box fasteners, doorbells, telephones... etc. At present, we apply it in the plastic molding process to remove iron impurities, select iron materials in environmental recycling, install magnet discs at the inlet of the crusher and crusher to screen out iron debris, and the iron scraps dropped from CNC processing are absorbed and cleaned…..
  • Finished product and Aggregate separator:
    There are a lot of tiny parts and aggregate, which are connected or mixed together during injection molding, and manual separation must be wasted. Common separation methods are:
    Manipulator separation method, it is directly clamped and separated after each molding. Spiral separation method, according to the size of the material and the finished product, design the spiral pitch and depth, and separate after continuous rotation. In the way of roller spacing, the distance between two rollers can be adjusted appropriately, and the materials passing by the rollers in the same direction can be separated. Dial plate rotation method, rotate the dial to adjust the appropriate height, and the protrusion can be moved aside to form a separation.
  • Lifting and turning dumper (Bucket turning machine or Hoist):
    The lifting equipment is composed of a base, a lifting mechanism, a chain drive mechanism, a motor, an electric control... etc. The material in the barrel can be automatically lifted and dumped into the hopper, and the automatic lifting and dumping work can be completed. This model can be divided into electric chain lift and hydraulic lift. The lifting height is 1.5M~3.5M. It is suitable for various international standard barrels of 120L, 240L, square barrels or round barrels. The lifting weight is up to 1000 kg. The angle is 135 degrees, and the linear speed is 8M per minute adjustable. The application fields are very wide, such as the lifting and dumping of food, the lifting of raw materials in the plastic processing field, the lifting of the crushed material in the recycling industry to the high input, the lifting of the food trash can... etc. It is easy to operate, save manpower, and is a necessary choice for environmental protection.
