Waste is classified by system

Agricultural waste, domestic waste, and industrial waste are described as follows. Raw and Cooked Food, Livestock Manure or Diseased Bodies, Rapid Decomposition and Fermentation Systems for Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery and Animal Agriculture, Household Waste, and Industrial Waste... etc. These solid organic wastes are pollution sources, polluting water sources, polluting soil, polluting the atmosphere, spreading diseases... etc. It has always been an environmental problem, which not only derives social problems, but also affects economic problems and healthy development.

Organic waste treatment has always been the cause of high cost, low profit, and low recovery rate. Converting solid waste with high organic matter into resources or upgrading to energy not only re-utilizes resources, but also controls pollution, which is more in line with Elements of circular economy.

There are many types of organic waste, and the treatment methods are also different. There are roughly three types: Physical Methods, Chemical Methods and Biochemical Methods.   • 3-3.5h horizontal rapid decomposing fermentation system for poultry manure:
    Horizontal high-speed fermentation equipment is a rapid decomposing fermentation system that specializes in processing poultry manure, food processing organic waste... etc. The process principle is to combine poultry manure or organic waste with auxiliary substrates (Litter, Wood Chips, Waste Mushroom Bags, Rice Straw, Straw...), coupled with Haoyue Biotech's development of high-temperature enzymes (select the most suitable strains from thousands of bacterial strains). Vacuum drying equipment uses high temperature 130~150℃, high pressure 0.4~0.6MPa to sterilize diseased animal carcasses to achieve harmless treatment. It can also treat feathers, coagulated blood, meat and bone remnants, kitchen waste, organic sludge, and organic waste… The principles of heat conduction and heat radiation to make the processed material stir in a cylindrical pipe with a negative pressure closed with an extended shovel head on the central axis, so that the material is fully exposed to high temperature for more than 30 minutes to achieve rapid sterilization and stay in a vacuum. The length of the tank body produces the effect of controlling the moisture content to achieve drying between 10-15%.
  • Vacuum drying fuel rod system - RDF (Organic and Inorganic mixed waste)
    In order to effectively treat livestock and livestock slaughterhouses, food factories, pharmaceutical factories, organic and inorganic wastes, we use vacuum tanks for effective treatment. Definition of waste: In the process of human existence and development, substances that have no value for continued preservation and use are produced. We are divided into:
  1. Hazardous wastes are harmful, dangerous to human health and the environment. The country registers and handles it according to grades, such as strong acid, radiation... etc.
  2. General waste refers to waste other than hazardous waste, such as paper, food waste... etc.

Classified by status:

Domestic Waste: Refers to all waste produced by human activities. There are two types of handling units:
