Cutters of AH-Series granulator are for coarse crushing and fine crushing synchronized. Advance double-edges design of big jaw cutters for minimizing resistance during cutting, enhancing breaking up of sprue, coarse feed is subsequently palletized by toothed rollers, each roller tooth producing an equal sized pellet. (There are 4x4.5mm and 6x7 mm optional toothed rollers). This technology requires as low as a speed of (25-30 rpm) and Horse Power of (1-5 HP), reaching optimum possible low noise, low dust and uniform granules at a consistent rate. Ideal for using at night shift or low noise dust free operation condition. |
