| PET bottle recycling system is specialize equipment for bottle, was set up for 1m³ bottle bale, using conveyor transfer the bale into de-mount bale machine to separate the bottle. Second will through the metal detector to alarm the metal then transfer into wet-type crusher to crush and washed at the same time. then the pellet will be transfer by screw conveyor into twisting material washing tank to washing. Then transfer into floating tank to separate PET which the density be water heavy. The PET pellet will be delivery by screw into the spin dryer then ship to storage tank and jumbo bags to package by blower. This is complete recycling system, short but clean.
